Discipline
Discipline is one of the main key factors that most clans and individuals lack. Without it, order and leadership, along with a chain-of-command, is impossible. In FLEETCOM, discipline thrives. It is appreciated, respected even. It is the foundation of trust in your commanding officers and other teammates. It allows for the easy flow of successful operation. Without it, a well organized and stable clan would be an unknown phrase. All members are expected to uphold the habit of unending discipline, but overall, to embrace it.
Training
Out of all the many challenging benefits of FLEETCOM, training is one of the longest. While in training, you are expected to respect your DI (Drill Instructor) to the best of your capabilities. That means a "Yes sir" is REQUIRED when given an order along with a "Permission to speak sir" when needed. From the time you enlist, your form is being processed and you should expect a response in 2-3 days from an officer or leader. There is a system of bootcamps that all recruits go through after you are contacted. That system is:
- Tryouts (Passed = In FLCM; Don't pass = not in FLCM)
- Basic Bootcamp (Series of different courses)
- MSTC (multiple other "basic" courses)
- Specified Division Training (Your specific division's bootcamp)
- Other Specified Division Training courses
- Optional courses (Not required, but highly recommended)
- Once you finish these, you are now done with your training unless needed.
Common Sense
Common sense is all the basic rules that apply to all FLCM personal. They can be found HERE. Common sense rules are exactly what they sound like. They should be common sense. These rules are extremely general, while regulations are more detailed.
Insubordination and Treason
Insubordination is the act of going against a commanding officers direct or indirect order. This could be due to a few reasons:
- Not paying attention
- Confused
- AWOL (Away With-Out Leave)
- Scared
