This page depicts all FLEETCOM rules, laws, and regulations, as well as exceptions to certain rules. All FLEETCOM members are to abide by the rules layed out on this page.
NOTE: Rules are always subject to change so check this page every-so-often. All laws and regulations are passed by the FLEETCOM Bureau for approval. Nobody is above the law.

FLEETCOM Laws-Enforced by FCMP/FCVG
-Do not disrespect FLEETCOM members
-Do not ask for rank-ups
-No sarcastic responses to orders
-No excessive use of profound language
-No T-bagging
-No racist, ethnic, nationalist, or religious jokes
-Must follow your superiors orders
-Do not accept invites from hostile clans or registered criminals
-Always wear proper emblem and service tag
-Never save any clan maps or show any maps to anybody outside the clan unless approved by a leader
-Do not ask for rank-ups

Regulations, Policies and Acts
-RAA (Recreate Alliance Act): If a previously-allied clan disbands, but then reforms, the former alliance is not in effect
-ESEA (Enhanced Security and Enforcement Act): FLEETCOM Bureau has complete Military oversite, the Bureau is at the top of the Military ranking structure, and If the Founder(s) and/or COO are deemed unfit and/or unable to lead the clan, the individual(s) may be suspended from their power.
-Rejoining: A member may rejoin up to three (3) times while retaining their rank*
*Officers, disorderly members, and others of importance that quit and rejoin must receive a rank approved by the bureau
**The Bureau can override the rejoining policy and can give a member a different rank for a valid reason
-ACTING officers carry equal authority to those of true officers

FLEETCOM Leader Powers
-Not allowed to be voted off Bureau
-Can promote/demote members without Bureau vote with a liable reason (inactivity, disrespect, etc.)
-Can discharge members without Bureau vote with a liable reason (inactivity, disrespect, etc.)
-Can take unofficial military action for 48 hours
-Can freely communicate with criminals and hostile clans
-Only leaders have power to end the clan
-Leaders can only be elected by unanimous full Bureau consent

COMMON SENSE
-Obey Direct and indirect orders without question
to lower chances of team casualties
-Don't interrupt while others are speaking
to stop arguments and raised voices
-Proper uniform is REQUIRED during official clan events
to maintain formality
-Proper service tag and emblem is REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES
to show clan spirit
