Update 12/21/12-FLEETCOM 2yr Anniversary
Guess what guys! Not only did we all (hopefully) survive the Mayan doomsday, FLEETCOM is now officially two years old. From December 21st of 2010 to now, FLEETCOM has grown from a small clan with small hopes and dreams to something much bigger and better then even the founders imagined was possible. No, but it's not because of us that this evolution happened. The FLEETCOM success story, going from nothing to more then something, is a direct result of our hard-working and loyal members and officers, both past and present, that have collectively shaped this clan in their aspirations. It is to all of you that Acemaker and I, ramer12, wish to thank. Sure, we led this clan forward from the very beginning, but all our work was so that you, our members, allies, or friends, could all mold the shape of FLEETCOM and steer it's destiny. Speaking of destiny, I for one would like to be the first to say, without a doubt, our journey to our ultimate destiny has been amazing. Signing off, I hope to see you all again...at our next anniversary in 2013! Best of luck to this clan, it's members, officers, leaders, and friends.
Update 12/16/12-Mark Ye Calendars
Its that time of the year again! As we here at FLEETCOM get ready to celebrate yet another holiday season, we'd like to point out some things, mostly changes, that are going on now and those that will happen in the near (or far) future. I know we are all excited for the holidays, but not only is it just the end of 2012 and another year of FLEETCOM's continued operation and success as one of the largest Halo military clans that is still thriving from the "olden days", December 21st, 2012 marks the 2nd Year Anniversary of FLEETCOM! Thats right guys, FLEETCOM, as of 12/21/12, will have been in continued operation for two whole years spanning from December 2010 to now! Although I could go on forever about just this, the point of an update is to give an update of as much stuff as possible, so I'll continue on with some current changes. Recently, ©Weebly has had an update for it's website editing capabilities, meaning they have a ton of new features. For instance, some of you may notice (while reading this update), that the website picture banner is now a slideshow and new quick link icons to our Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube. There is also the footer that has been expanded to include a Site Search bar and a Site Feedback form. Please please please utilize these new features as they both help you and me to improve the website. Now, speaking about the website, over the holiday break, this website will be constantly updated and changed, I may even try new formats to "change it up" in celebration of our two years of operation. Other then what has been stated above, all the other changes are relatively minor, ranging from FCGD training being postponed until New Years Day and the Navy adapting to a world without water. In a final note, be prepared for a video of FLEETCOM's 2 Year Anniversary going live on Youtube within the next week. Happy Holidays and I'll see you around.
Update 11/6/12-Halo 4
The day is finally here! Thats right, the next installment of the Halo series, Halo 4, comes out today! Although we're all excited to see what 343i has brought to the Halo series, there are reasons to be sad. With the release of Halo 4, Halo: Reach, the game FLEETCOM was "born and raised" on, is now obsolete. FLEETCOM has had it's entire life up to this point on Reach, and it warrants a time of sadness from a leader's perspective to see the game you base your clan on slowly die. But nevertheless, we must move on. FLEETCOM leaders ramer12 and Acemaker have made a machinima dedicated to this change that you can watch HERE. So, now on to more practical stuff. Upon getting Halo 4, members are expected to wear the emblems of ForecableNick1, Acemaker, and ramer12 as the FLEETCOM emblem must be unlocked in order to wear it (an issue, among many others, the Bureau will see to). FLEETCOM will NOT start normal clan operations on Halo 4 until December 6th, 2012 so members can have one month of "free time" before they are obligated to return to clan duties. The ONLY exceptions to this is that Matchmaking Mondays, Interbattle Saturdays, and Bureau Meetings will still be held regularly. Recruitment will also be CLOSED for two weeks until November 20th, 2012 while the recruitment system is reestablished. Despite the transfer to Halo 4, the Ground Force and Military Police have seen an increase of members while the Navy has suffered the loss of it's esteemed and respected 2nd-in-Command, HolyGateKeeper. Finnaly, on a personal note, I (ramer12) won't be getting Halo 4 until later this week due to shipping errors >:( . Anyway, I'll see you guys online and happy hunting!
Update 10/16/12-October Update
This is Halo guys, not Star Wars.
So, to kick this month's update off (and I do hope to start doing more then one update per month), there is now a whole category of new specialist positions within FLEETCOM that were ratified at a recent Bureau meeting. This whole new class are called the Masters at Arms. This series of positions, originally made for the US Navy as a person responsible for ship-board security, has been modified to fit the needs of FLEETCOM. Basically, there will be one Master at Arms for each division (three in total) who will be in that division, but must undergo certain Military Police training. Each person will be responsible for the enforcement of discipline and respect within their division. Each Master At Arms reports to the Chief Master at Arms (CMA) who is a Military Police guardsmen. If interested in any of these positions, please talk to Major General ForceableNick1.
Next off, Sergeant Major Road Zombie has become the newest officer in the FLEETCOM Ground Force now retaining the rank of Warrant Officer. Next time you see him, be sure to give him a (virtual) pat on the back. As many of you know, the French Foreign Legion clan has attacked us, however, we will remain neutral until a decision is made at this Friday's Bureau meeting. Lastly for this update, the Navy is now undergoing a major change in order to make it truly half wet navy and half naval aviation.

Update 9/30/12-September Update
Well, here we are again. As we all know, school has started back up in the past two months and we're all busy with our various classes. Its yearly cycle that seems to repeat itself and fall is just that season where everything grinds to a halt. However, FLEETCOM has been fighting this normality and i'm proud to say that, despite this halt, we have initiated some new trainings and courses while bringing about changes to divisions such as the Ground Force, recruitment, and the clan as a whole. First off and probably most important in relation to clan communication, multiple officers have changes their gamer tags. To make it easier for our enlisted soldiers to know who we're talking about, i've listed them below.
FC OVERLORD -> Sinister III
Xx the FUZZ xX -> ForceableFCFUZZ
Superfreak 947 -> Superfreak IX
imCosta -> Deceptive X
As you can clearly see, roman numerals are now the new thing. So, now that your acquainted with the new names, I would like to congratulate Sinister III on his promotion to Captain. On the note of promotions, we have recently gained TWO NEW OFFICERS!!! I'd like to welcome Superfreak IX and Wanted man46 on becoming the next FCVG officers. On another subject, because of changes in the recruitment structure and enlistment process, FLEETCOM's population is now booming back to 60+ (congrats to our recruitment officials, gold star for you). Next off, we have recently declined an alliance with the ODST clan at our last Bureau meeting, and on the topic of Bureau meetings, I have an announcement to make. We currently have a good number of EMPTY Bureau seats! Thats right, if you have every wanted to be on the Bureau, now is your chance. Just fill out a Bureau Acceptance Form and you may be accepted. Last on our list of changes, are well...changes. We are now implementing mandatory training courses for FLEETCOM officers that require them to periodically past tests in order to get, and them maintain, their officership. The Ground Force is also undergoing more changes to revamp its functionality with the return of Acemaker from his 2-week leave. Mainly, the mainline Ground Force uniform has been changed to a primary of khaki with a secondary of steel (HUNTER Team still wears primary: sage/secondary: steel). Pictures have been provided below for clarification.

Update 8/18/12-The FLEETCOM Post Your source for the Lastest News...3 Days Late
The title says it all. As Acemaker and I have been gone for the last two weeks, we missed A LOT. For most of us, summer is wrapping up or has already ended and with that comes a barrage of last-minute clan stuff that we try to stuff into the few days left. So, lets get started. First off, the FLEETCOM Ground Force is now undergoing a HUGE revamp and overhaul to make it more efficient and enjoyable for it's members while renovating it up to current divisional standards. That being said, here are some of the major changes. The Ground Force uniform has changed! The mainline FCGD colors are now Primary: Khaki and Secondary: Steel. HUNTER Team will still wear Primary: Sage and Secondary: Steel. For right now, there are no FCGD fire teams. All FCGD mainline must wear "FCGD" as there service tag. HUNTER Team will wear "HNTR" as their service tag. Lastly, the traditional Ground Force government has been temporarily nullified in favor of a "council" made up of representatives from each division. The above was JUST for the FCGD, now lets keep going. There have been a few officer changes. Both REACHghost and Metal ASSASSINO have been promoted to Warrant Officer at the last Bureau meeting (make sure to congratulate them when you see them) and Xx the FUZZ xX, Gilmo X, and FC OVERLORD have all been promoted to 2nd Lieutenant. On a sadder note, imCosta, you recently gained his officership at the time Metal ASSASSINO did, has been demoted back down to Sergeant Major for not upholding the standards of a FLEETCOM Officer (specifically excessive profound language). We are hoping for a positive change in imCosta's attitude so he can get his well-desired and worked-for officership back. On the topic of imCosta, FLEETCOM has voted to reopen its MLG Team, led by ImCosta, in an effort to "go with the flow" with the current pro-competitive changes in this community. Lastly, as of right now, the FLEETCOM Navy is the largest division with an average of 30-37 members.
Update 7/13/12-Recent Developments
So, to start off, I would like to congratulate the arrival of our newest FLEETCOM officer: HolyGateKeeper. Thats right, HolyGateKeeper has gotten his well-deserved promotion to the rank of Warrant Officer after serving FLEETCOM's Navy for many months. I would also like to recognize Gilmo X's and Xx the FUZZ xX's promotions to the rank of Lieutenant as per the WOA (Warrant Officer Act-See Update Below). Next, ForceableNick1 and ramer12 have been elected FCGD "recovery agents". These two will be helping the Ground Force reorganize and help them back to full strength. Lastly and most importantly, FLEETCOM has voted to remain neutral AS OF NOW in the D0D-CCM conflict due to friends on both sides of the conflict. On a side note, the FLCM Capital, a gift from our ally Central Com, has been approved by the FLCM Bureau. Furthermore, ForceableNick1 will be on leave for a few days while on vacation. Lastly, I need the viewers opinions if I should start doing page-updates formatted like CCM's (LINK), but with a noticeable FLCM touch. Leave our opinion below.
Update 6/22/12-Some Changes
Recently, there have been loads of positive changes that have been happening. First off, the WOA (Warrant Officer Act) has been passed. In short, this act states that if an officer is a Warrant Officer for over one month, they will automatically be promoted to Lieutenant/Ensign. Next, FC OVERLORD has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, Xx the FUZZ xX has become MPU Bravo leader and the first Peacekeeper. Furthermore, FLEETCOM has switched to Medium/High Alert after the last Bureau meeting. Lastly and most importantly, the Chief Operating Officer, ForceableNick1, has been granted access to all divisional events for all three divisions to maintain discipline, standardize training, and to establish a strong sense of unity among the FLEETCOM members.
Update 6/13/12-Just Read
Anyway, the title is correct, there is too much info to write about for me to think of a good title. So, now on to business. Brigadier General lxDevouredxl has left FLEETCOM, and XBox, after almost one year of serving FLEETCOM. He had been a great asset to the Ground Force and the Navy throughout his long stay in FLEETCOM. He will be remembered for his extensive knowledge of the community (having been one of its founders), and his loyalty to FLEETCOM. With his leave, Gilmo X has become the new ACTING Ground Force 2nd-in-Command and the newly-promoted-to-Lieutenant Colonel ForceableNick1 has regained his position as FLEETCOM's Chief Operating Officer. Next, KaT 0 Man has become the newest addition to the Leadership/Officers page after the FLCM Bureau promoted him to Warrant Officer. Furthermore, the Rank Structure page and ranking system subpages have been redone and combined to allow for more organized information on FLEETCOM ranks and how each division's ranks compare to other ranks. Specialist positions for each division have also been updated. Last off (and i'm surprised I hadn't mentioned this in an earlier update), the Military Police Peacekeepers and the Navy Paratroopers have become FLEETCOM's two newest special forces detachments.
Update 5/27/12-lxDevouredxl Becomes Brigadier General!
As some of you may have heard, one of FLEETCOM's longest serving members, lxDevouredxl, will be quitting Xbox soon. A veteran of the community who has been shaping it since its birth in Halo 3, Devoured has a wide knowledge of his surroundings. As an award for his service to the community and FLEETCOM, the FLCM Bureau has voted to posthumously (equivalent of dying in real life; he's dying in the video game world) promote him the the prestigious rank of Brigadier General, the highest rank ever achieved by a FLEETCOM officer. With this, MP Major ForceableNick1 has given the role of Chief Operating Officer to lxDevouredxl.
Update 5/19/12-New Important Stuff!!!
At today's Bureau meeting (For all you event aficionados yes, its Saturday, we postponed it) we voted on several things that might or might not be important to you (the members). First off, we have finalized an allaince with the United Federacy, otherwise known as Central-Com. Next off, the Bureau has bestowed upon FC OVERLORD the great and time-honored title of a FLEETCOM officer! Yes, FC OVERLORD is the newest edition to FLEETCOM's expanding list of great individuals who have proven themselves. Finally, the Bureau has approved a new leadership position, Chief Operating Officer. The title of Chief Operating Officer (COO) has been given to FCMP Major ForceableNick1. As such, he is responsible for the welfare and up-keeping of the clan while the two leaders (ramer12 and Acemaker) aren't present to do so. The position of COO has two special powers:
-Can freely communicate with hostile clans and criminals
-Can declare unofficial military action for 48 hours
With that being said, think of it as a less powerful clan co-leader. As this position is new to FLEETCOM, we can't say Nick has inherited a time-honored role, but we sure as hell can say that this is arguably the biggest achievement a FLEETCOM member has ever made.

Update 5/10/11-Just Another Update
So...just another update to talk about some recent events. First off, FLEETCOM has been rated a Division I Halo: Reach clan! Congratulations to all the members and officers for such a great job! Next, the new FLEETCOM Machinima Recruitment Video, directed by ramer12 and co-directed by REACHghost, is ending its 1st phase of production. Keep a lookout for new updates about this upcoming machinima. Next off, the FLEETCOM Bureau has officially given Nintendo Heart his officership, so best of luck and congratulations to Nintendo Heart! On that topic, there are several members who may become officers in the near future, so congrats to them.
Update 4/29/12-USSR Ceasefire
Recently, USSR officials that are friendly towards FLEETCOM have declared a ceasefire while the USSR leader, Russian Carrot, is gone from XBox for a few months. The FLCM Bureau has voted to accept this ceasefire until Russian Carrots return. During this ceasefire, FLCM members are allowed to play with the USSR with the USSR's consent and only if a FLCM leader/officer/acting officer is present in the game. It was agreed between FLEETCOM and these friendly USSR officials that if, upon Russian Carrot's return, USSR become hostile, FLEETCOM would automatically gain 3 wins in the FLCM-USSR War giving FLEETCOM a major advantage. These 3 wins would come from 3 friendly FLCM-USSR raid trainings that FLCM won, even though FLCM was tasked with taking over a USSR firebase. Therefore, whatever the outcome, FLEETCOM has a high probability of winning the war.
Update 4/25/12-FLEETCOM Gains Recording Abilities
ramer12 has recently bought an Hauppauge HD PVR Gaming Edition and can now record videos. Below is a test film without HD (420p) filmed with DEMO Software.
Update 4/20/12-Members Schedule Page
As you may of seen, there is a new page under the FLCM Comments page entitled "Members Schedule". This page will list the dates and times for all training and division-related events. The page is updated daily by FLEETCOM leaders, division leaders, officers, 2nd-in-commands, and special forces leaders in an effort to become more organized and to keep members "in the now" and active with the clan. It is now REQUIRED all members look at this page often, or ask others about when the dates are.
Update 4/15/12-USSR At It Again
As stated by the USSR, "The war is still going, and the USSR have not surrendered". Due to this, the FLCM Bureau has voted to continue the FLCM-USSR war until further notice. Because of this, FLEETCOM is back on high alert and all members are ordered by FCMP to lock their games. Currently, FLEETCOM is winning the war against the USSR by succedding in several important raids and battles. On the other hand, the USSR has not been able to raid a FLEETCOM game (although they did raid a jump-rope custom game lobby and then backed out in embarrassment), and it looks as if the war will be won.
Update 4/13/12-USSR War Ends In FLEETCOM Victory
Earlier this week, the USSR, led by Russian Carrot, has declared a surrender to FLEETCOM forces. At today's Bureau meeting, the FLCM Bureau accepted the surrender of USSR forces, thus ending the USSR-FLCM War with a strategic FLEETCOM victory. As a result, FLEETCOM is no longer at High Alert, but has switched to Medium/High Alert after the assassination of FLEETCOM leader ramer12 and Military Police leader ForceableNick1 by members of the Voltage Clan, now led by Cosoro. All members are warned not to join unknown games and games are to be locked as ordered by FCMP.
Update 4/10/12-Welcome Back and New Info
As you may already know, the ending of The Advent due to the mysterious disappearance of the clan's website and videos has brought back a sum of FLEETCOM's highly regarded members. For starters, FLEETCOM is back on its feet with the return of chief operating officer and drill sergeant ForceableNick1. In correspondence with him rejoining, we have regained many of the members lost to The Advent when they restarted a few weeks back. I would just like to say welcome back to these returning soldiers. In other news, a new FLCM machinima recruitment video is currently being planned, the Navy Paratrooper Special Forces training maps are being readied for the training of the navy's finest, and FC OVERLORD has switched from the Navy to the Military Police.
Update 4/4/12-FLCM Raid Successful
Recently, a joint force of BioHavoc and FLEETCOM members raided a USSR meeting game. Despite the map being a safe house, FLCM/Bio personal were able to override enemy defenses and take over, and hold, their own base for around three hours. This huge success was only possible with the help of the BioHavoc clan as they opted to betray the USSR and help the FLEETCOM war effort. Please feel free to watch the video of the raid below.
Update 3/28/12-The Advent Restartes; FLCM Recovery
As you probably already know, ForceableNick1 has left FLEETCOM to restart his original and well-resptected clan, The Advent, after around 6 months of active service. He was the greatest recruiter in the history of the clan as continues to be an icon of leadership. Unfortunately, his departure meant the linked departure of over 12 highly respected and loyal FLEETCOM members, most coming from the FCMP. Currently, the new MP leader, Assassin4596 and the remaining MP's are trying to sustain there division's great loss. The Ground Force has also lost many members to other clans, particularly The Advent. However, on the opposite side of the spectrum, the Navy has only lost one member. In spite of these recent events, FLEETCOM will inevitably rebuild and regain its former strength as it has in the past. As of right now, FLEETCOM in in a state of martial law and has halted alliance requests, recruitment, and other activities to facilitate more time for the rebuilding process.
Update 3/16/12-War Update
New news on the war effort. The CASE clan has fallen after numerous consecutive FLEETCOM victories. Due to this, FLEETCOM has officially won the war against CASE and can now focus all its resources on the USSR campaign. At the time I am writing this update, a three hour long battle on FLCM Firebase Juliet has just ended with the USSR/Bio Clan raiding party of nine members against the FLCM defenders of seven.
Update 3/14/12-War On Two Fronts
As many of you know, we are currently at war with the CASE clan, however, we are now fighting on two fronts. War has also been declared against the USSR clan after there declaration of war and assassination of FLEETCOM officials. It is imperative that ALL members lock their games and that MP's are have a constant watch over the members. The USSR clan ha posted false propaganda videos labeling FLEETCOM as fascist (Click HERE to to see definition) and how we must be defeated to "spread Communism and Socialism throughout the community". The USSR war started when two USSR officials, Russian Carrot and Y3llow Fellow trespassed onto a FLEETCOM meeting and stated that they had declared war on FLEETCOM. Upon this, FLCM killed both USSR members (Y3llow being a registered criminal) as they had illegally trespassed for hostile intentions. I will post the USSR video below so you may see it.
Update 3/10/12-I Need To Do More Updates...
So...look at the title. I know, I know, I need to do more of these. Anyway, we recently allied with The Young Guns which is a pretty cool clan. We also passed the RAA (Re-Ally Act) which states that a former ally that has disbanded and then opens once more and asks for an alliance MUST re-apply to be allies. ForceableNick1 has also become a Major which is the highest rank achieved for a member so far so congrats to him. FLEETCOM has hit a population of around 70 thanks to our hard working DI's. In other news, war has been declared by the CASE clan and we are currently winning, against them.
Update 2/11/12-A Lot to Talk About
So, over the course of a couple of weeks, I have failed to bring you updates, so, I'm just going to give you a mass-update.
First off, you may have heard FLEETCOM broke our alliance with the UN. This alliance was the biggest in our history, lasting two months short of one year. The alliance was disbanded by the FLEETCOM Bureau on accounts of the UN breaking the alliance term "Mutual Respect". Next, FLEETCOM has made an alliance with the CCM (Central Command) led by CCMCatastrophic and one of our allies, the 405th Regiment disbanded.
There has also been multiple officers and acting officers switching divisions, namely lxDevouredxl's transfer to the Navy, Rocksuki's transfer to the Ground Force, and Hebrew v Hammer's transfer to the Military Police.
There is also a FLCM MLG team under development and a ranking system requirements list being created.
Finally, the current FLEETCOM population has risen to around 63 members!

Update 1/16/12-Population Explosion
As of today, FLEETCOM's Ground Force has hit its current maximum occupancy, revealing the population explosion FLEETCOM is undergoing. Among other things such as a new organization for the Ground Force, Naval recruitment will be opening shortly. Also, FLEETCOM has hit an extremely high active population count with a total of 54 members and an average of 5-10 new members per week. Credit for this population explosion is given with the highest honors to ForceableNick1 (Sergeant Major and leader of the FCMP) who has brought in 20+ new members. We would also like to congratulate the other top DI's including FerretyOrange15, Hebrew v Hammer and Rocksuki.
Update 1/13/12-NEW FLEETCOM ANTHEM
The new FLEETCOM anthem has been approved by the FLEETCOM Bureau. Watch the video below and listen to it!
Update 1/5/12-FCS Advantage Launched; Pioneering Submersible Vessels
As of today (1/5/12), FLEETCOM Has launched its first submersible water vessel, the FCS Advantage. Submersible technology has been infrequently used by other clans, however, FLEETCOM has pioneered the first successful submersible technology. Shown at the left, the FCS Advantage is a large attack submarine capable of shore bombardments and other roles. The submarine was built by ramer12 and is the first submarine to pioneer ESI (Extensive Submersible Interior) technology while also making a ready and able combat platform.
Update 12/24/11-HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM FLEETCOM; Advent Shut Down!
Happy Holidays everyone! Best of wishes to all of you and great hopes for this joyous season from your friends at FLEETCOM. Also, we would like to welcome some former-Advent members back into FLEETCOM after The Advent shutdown on the 22nd after 6 years in operation. They shall be remembered as a legendary clan known for their opportunities and success. May this extraordinary clan rest in peace.
Update 12/21/11-FLEETCOM 1yr Anniversary
Today is the FLEETCOM 1 year Anniversary!!! Congratulations and thank you to all members past and present, allies, and others for helping us not only survive, but flourish for the past year. We owe our gratitude to you all. Festivities have been held and a FLEETCOM parade has been performed.
Update 12/18/11-NAVY ENLISTMENT CLOSED
Unfourtunatly, due to the minimal amount of personal available for FLCM's main fighting forces (FCGD and FCMP), Navy enlistment has been closed to spur growth in the other two divisions. We are sorry for the trouble this may cause.
Update 12/11/11-PROJECT: BROOMSTICK Initiated; DoD Alliance Confirmed
A project to mend the problem of mass inactive members, codenamed PROJECT: BROOMSTICK, has been approved by the FLCM Bureau today after a unanimous vote initiated the operation. This operation will have two effects. One, it will cause the clan population to drop, and two, it will benifit the clan by removing inactives that hold the clan down.
Also, an alliance with the Department of Defense clan, led by SOCOM 3rd Group, has been established by the FLCM Bureau and the DoD Congress.

Update 12/9/11-FLCM 1 Year Anniversary Promo
As many of you know, FLEETCOM's 1 year anniversary is this December 21, 2011. This will commemorate 1 year of extremely successful operation and also a year of creating more then just a clan, but a family of friends. I (ramer12) have just launched a promotional video about the upcoming "The Year of Beginnings" FLEETCOM 1 Year Anniversary Special video. Watch and like it now!
Update 12/5/11-New Media!
Two new recruitment videos have been generously made by FLEETCOM members kobiejackdog and XI Artemis XI. These two members have generously spent their time for the further benefit of the clan. You can watch the two videos below, and remember to like and favorite to spread the word!

Update 12/1/11-Congratulations!
FLEETCOM has been awarded 2nd place in NATO Society's Top 10 Reach Clans list and 3rd place in KIA's Top 6 Halo: Reach Clans list. Congrats to everyone for this outstanding accomplishment and keep up the good work. In other news, the FLCM Bureau is considering the prospect of ways to rank up faster as well as things such as promotion requirements, Member of the Month, and others, so stay tuned!!! Also, if any FLCM members with Youtube accounts want to support the clan, please make videos (montages, machinimas, ect.) with my consent (especially with machinimas), but be SURE to include proper grammar and punctuation. Also, if you would futher like to support the clan, change your Profile pic to our emblem and message me so i can put you on our Other Featured Channels list.
Update 11/19/11-RE/UH War; J-SOC Coalition Formed
As many people have noticed, there have been rising tensions with the former UH (United Hawks) now RE (Roman Empire). This clan is lead by a registered FLCM criminal that has had a long history of forming and using clans to attack us. A few days ago, this tension exploded. In response to this, FLEETCOM considerded the J-SOC (Joint-Stategic Operations Command) Coalition following FLEETCOM's first battle, the 1st Battle of Asylum, with the then-UH that sparked this tension. It is now, however, that FLEETCOM asks for the help of other clans in this community to join the newly formed J-SOC as a way to coordinate proper action against the Roman Empire. As of right now, there are currently 8 clans within the J-SOC.
-FLEETCOM
-United Union Federation
-The Emperors Finest
-Vengeance 100% (v100)
-Department of Defense Clan
-The Crossed Legions
-Creed Nations
These clans have voluntarily joined together to protect the common good of each other and to deter the RE. The J-SOC will have meetings to discuss current operations anywhere from 1-5 times a week. In addition, a new subpage has been added under Updates to follow this confrontation more easily.
*NOTE: The J-SOC is not a permanent alliance, but rather a temporary unification.

Update 10/14/11-FCI Merges with FCMP
As agreed in a unanimous vote at Friday's Bureau meeting, FCI will now merge with the FCMP as a whole division centered on intelligence was deemed unnecessary. This merge requires the creation of two new specialist positions, Investigator and Chief Investigator. These positions will be given out to those MP's who are deemed fit to have them.
Update 10/8/11-New Junior Chairmen of the Bureau
As of October 8, 2011, StealthyPigXx, UnseatingBaton, and Paralizer, have been officially voted in as Junior Charimen of the FLEETCOM Bureau with several more members in heavy consideration. Congratulations to these members on their extraordinary achievement.
Update 9/27/11-SOD Declares War
SOD (Spartans of Doom) have officially declared war on FLEETCOM due to "war-hunger". We will take defensive measures to protect FLEETCOM at all costs. However, FLEETCOM leaders and Chairmen agree that this "war" will be a small, somewhat short and ill-fated for those who declared it. We are not going to declare a full war as it is unnecessary at the moment. This means we will be deploying gurilla-warfare teams to do raids on SOD games.
Update 9/23/11-Fraud
After a FCMP member, reble362 left FLEETCOM, he has created a clan with stolen FLEETCOM maps and material. This is under investigation by the FCI and high tensions have been declared. List of Offences:
-Copied/pasted elements of FLEETCOM sites (ie. ranking structure)
-Stolen FLEETCOM maps (ie. Tryouts, bootcamps)
-Have taken and renamed official FLEETCOM ships (ie. FCS Olympic, FCS Beauregard, FCS Horizon)
These are considered moderately to serious offences and military action may be needed.

Update 9/11/11-September 11, 2001 Memorial and Silence
Today, we will take a silence and memorial for the innocent people who perished in the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City, NY USA.
Update 8/5/11-FLEETCOM's Newest Flagship; FCS Olympic Launched
The FCS Olympic will be replacing the aging FCS Sentinel as FLEETCOM's newest flagship and ship of the line. Since the beginning, FLEETCOM has always been a naval-based clan, and we still keep our heritage alive by launching our 3rd Flagship to represent not only FLEETCOM's military might, but our proud history.
Update 8/15/11-Name change; RR New Ally
ShinySmokeyboy has recently changed his gamertag to Acemaker.
FLEETCOM has recently made an alliance with the Reach Rangers. Both clans hope for a peaceful future as well as no hostilities. Both clans have promised to help each other as needed.

Update 8/14/11-Republic Approved; RL New Ally
During a meeting regarding governmental problems, a vote was issued to determine a change of government. this vote later turned in favor of a modified republic. Basic rules have been established with more in-depth regulations on the way. The republic works like this:
Every Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (day needs approval), a meeting is held for a committe to discuss and vote on topics brought up by chairmen of the board. All alliances, wars, and everything else must go through the committee. However, this does not prevent the use of "Open Board" meetings were all clan members, regardless of their position, can commerce.
In other news, FLEETCOM has a new ally, the RL or Rebels Legion led by Bushy Tails (Not exact GT).

Update 8/10/11-Rebuilding
Despite recent events, FLEETCOM is continuing to push for a healthy future. As FLEETCOM's population expands, so will its need for updated training. Therefore, many new training maps are in construction. However, the effect of this is the slowing of recruitment and training. Also, we will start to hold weekly meetings to discuss subjects of importance and to vote on them. This MAY lead to a major change of FLEETCOM's government. The two most suitable choices would be a Republic (elected council members) or a Militaristic government (based solely on ranks). However, the Republic seems to dominate most peoples opinions. Moving on, there was a shift in acting officers as ForceableNick1 restarted The Advent and Rocksuki, a valiant, ever-trusting, and fun member has given up Xbox, his final words were: "Giving up fci position, sold x-box, it was nice knowing you guys in Fleetcom. Good luck with your wars. I'll be moving soon possibly.i will talk with you guys on here from time to time. As ramer says "goodspeed" or something like that. Bye" In other news, XLuigi WolfPLSX, an acting officer, is now the division leader of FCMP. So, in conclusion, the main thing we need to worry about is the rebuilding of our training systems.
Update 7/28/11-Exodus and Memorial
As many of you already know, there has been a major "fallout" in FLEETCOM. These "defectors" resigned their positions peacefully, but FLEETCOM is still on watch with the unending support of UN, Advent, and Crossed Legion's missionary aid and relief efforts. The following people are some of the known "defectors".
-REACHghost
One of the 3 leaders of FLEETCOM. He was known for his unending and extremely useful advice. He has served with FLEETCOM since its beginning and even before. He was always ready and prepared for the worst, but always prevailed before it came. He was a great leader, and in some sense, the "glue" behind FLEETCOM. He along with the others, shall always be remembered.
-Wanted man46
Wanted man was always one of the fun ones. Coming up with useful suggestions and promoting peace wherever he went. In his time with FLEETCOM, he was known for his piloting skills (that, in some ways, surpass mine; ramer12). He was a Warrant Officer 4 when he left, but was going to be a Ensign by the end of the week. Like REACHghost, he has served with us before the beginning.
-Superfreak947
Superfreak, oh Superfreak. He was one of the youngest members, but exceptionally talented and mature. He was always "There when you needed him (FLEETCOM Motto)", but remained silly and fun-loving, as well as professional when the time required it. He was a great MP, but still is an even greater friend.
-VolTage Kinghtz
Known as one of the best snipers in the clan (DarkSilenceWolf being 1st), he was a great soldier that, on many occasions, has strayed from the line of duty, but always had a good reason for it and always returned to his position. He was notable for all his experience in the sense of a soldier, but even better understanding the roles of the commander.
The list of members who have quit with REACHghost (who formed Shadow Legion) continues, but with a shorter description.
-XI Artemis XI
-little man736
-Rocksuki
-XLuigi WolfPLSX
The former members listed above have performed above and beyond the call of duty, but have sadly gone AWOL in the face of two greater dangers. Change and patience. They will be remembered, and honored, as true soldiers of FLEETCOM. In memory of them, the FLEETCOM 7/28/11 Memorial is under construction at the FLEETCOM Central Command Headquarters located on Alaska. Also, a Machinima may be made by the Department of Media News and the Press (DMNP), but has not yet been announced. Anyone who returns from the "Exodus" has been promised other gifts regarding promotions and other medals. Once again, these people will always be remember, i wish you all a farwell, Godspeed my friends, Godspeed.

Update 7/9/11-Falcon-40 New Ally! ShinySmokeyboy Returns
On Bungie Day, 7/7/11, FLEETCOM has approved an alliance with the Halo Reach clan, Falcon-40. The meeting went exceptionally well and was a pleasure to attended at Falcon-40's HQ. FLEETCOM is the first ally to Falcon-40 and therefore, we must try to be the best. They are a new clan with around 10 members at the time of the meeting, but there members and leaders are very respectful and have a great personality. FLEETCOM has a duty to try and help the Falcon-40 prosper, so we will hopefully become close and trusted allies. Also, the code word for the alliance is: CEREAL
In other news, ShinySmokeyboy has returned from vacation and has pledged to maintain his duties as a leader of FLEETCOM as well as maintaining his job as Allied Connections for the Department of International Affairs which he leads.

Update 6/30/11-An Update of Updates
As many of you are aware, I (ramer12) have unfourtunatly been neglecting to post recent updates. This can be expalined in a logical reason. Due to my family moving, i was left "stranded" without conection to any internet sources (XBL, computer, ect.). Therefore, I was unable to update the site. Anyway, now to important stuff. ShinySmokeyboy is on vacation with his family and will return around the 7th of July. He has been neglecting some of his duties to the clan an promises to "shape up" and hopes to be forgiven for his past mistakes. Also, as things are clearing up for FLEETCOM, many expect a bright and successful future with many positives. This is a result from FLEETCOM's "reformation" or "renovation". One important aspect of this operation that has been extremly successful was the launch of FLEETCOM's first clan recruitment video on Youtue with can be watched HERE. Also, i am pleased to say that i will be constantly updated the website with now both ShinySmokeyboy and REACHghost as administrators, so hope for more up-to-date content. On a final note, i would just like to say, "Have a happy 4th!". We might be doing some parties, and i hope to see all the FLCM members, allies, and even just friends there!
Update 6/19/11-United Phoenix Peace Treaty
As of the above date, a peace treaty with the United Pheonix clan has been put into effect. UP and FLCM are now friendly factions but not allies. They cease fire was declared after a 30min debate on peace terms and reasons for the original conflict. FLCM and UP leaders are looking at a hopefully bright future.
Update 6/17/11-FLEETCOM Raid Successful
During a FLCM meeting, 2 United Phoenix's members joined the game and were immediately killed and kicked. After the long meeting discussing internal matters, FLCM recruit GreaterUser, was tracked to a game with the United Phoenix clan. Greater user was a spy, and was giving the United Phoenix clan, more FLCM maps, mainly the FLCM Meeting Hall. FLCM leader ShinySmokeyboy led a raid on the United Phoenix clan's game due to the absence of leaders REACHghost and ramer12. However, this raid turned into a 69 minute battle for the FLCM Meeting Hall. FLEETCOM gained control of the map for the majority of the battle. Using secret defense systems around the map, FLCM had superior control. One by one, United Phoenix members went into full retreat and cowardly left the game. The raid was declared successful after one of their last 3 remaining members ended the game. FLCM is now doing extensive background checks on all new recruits. The game history is located here: http://www.bungie.net/Stats/Reach/GameStats.aspx?gameid=653941032&player=ShinySmokeyboy
Ending score:
FLEETCOM: 576 kills
United Phoenix: 462 kills
Ending score:
FLEETCOM: 576 kills
United Phoenix: 462 kills
Update 6/13/11-FLEETCOM attacked during negotiations; United Phoenix declared hostile
At about 8:00pm PST, FLEETCOM was in negotaions with a clan known as the United Phoenix. This was because United Phoenix's had violated FLEETCOM's map code and had stolen and abused the FLCM HQ. During the meeting, United Phoenix opened fire at FLCM leaders ramer12 and ShinySmokeyboy. This lead to the immediate deploment of FLCM Spec Op's teams and also The Advent MP units present in the game assisting FLCM. During the 30min long battle, FLCM/Advent forces were able to take control of the actual HQ building while providing anti-air support with RPG's. However, due to spawn killing, FLCM only held the one building, losing all other fronts. As of yet, FLCM leaders don't apporve a "war", but feel it neccessary to deploy guerilla warfare teams.
Update 6/10/11-1st Graduation Class
One the above date, FLEETCOM held it's first official graduation ceremony. This represents a benchmark in the effort of stabilization. The first official graduates from Bootcamp are: kobiejackdog, artimis, and fireblazedwolf. These recruits are now official FLEETCOM soldiers.
Update 6/3/11-Shadow Net Peace Treaty
On this date, a peace treaty was agreed upon by both FLCM and SN leaders. This peace treaty calls for the neutralization of all intelligence operations against one another as well as the continuing betterment of both clans. This will result in no tensions between either FLCM or SN. This is one of the completed goals of the so called "Reformation" period as shown in the below update. Official terms to be listed soon.
Update 6/2/11-Internal Clan Stabilization
FLEETCOM is now entering a bright and successful future. With all the external conflicts decreasing, FLEETCOM will rejoin the UFTO, and among other things, start the much-needed internal stabilization and care. For instance, two FLCM videos will debut on Youtube. Those are the FLCM Recruitment Video and FLCM Anthem and Creed. These will be the first ever official media venture for FLEETCOM. FLEETCOM will also redesign its aging rules and regulations and replace or mend them as much as possible. FLCM officers will now start the mass training program (MTP) to get as many FLCM members through required training. FLCM will also finalize many other things like alliances and peace treaties to insure the never-ending peace and justice FLEETCOM protects. FLCM leader ramer12 says: "I like to think of it as a new era of restoration, like a modern-day renaissance"
Update 6/1/11-Shadow Net Tensions Dying Down.
As of the past week, tensions with a clan known as Shadow Net or SN are dying down following the cease of FCI investigations on the SN. As of currently, FLEETCOM leaders are hoping for a neutral peace treaty to be agreed upon by both FLCM and SN leaders. SN was once a FLCM ally until discovered to be working with the GGC back in the GGC-UFTO war. Since then, FCI has launched multiple stealth operations against the SN for intelligence reasons as to the reason of SN's betrayal.
Update 5/17/11-Possible Alliance with the FUDS group
Known throughout Halo Reach as the best forgers around, the FUDS group/clan might become a neutral ally of FLEETCOM. As stated in Update 5/13/11, FLEETCOM has temporarily left the UFTO alliance to deal with internal issues and positive changes. As os yet, a meeting is pending with the FUDS and FLEETCOM leaders are hopping for the best.
Update 5/13/11-UUC/Red Army Tensions on the Rise,...Again
Unfourtunatly, UUC and the Red Army have allied causing extreme tensions between them and the UFTO alliance. Both sides are preparing for war and are readying troops and defenses. However, FLEETCOM has decided to leave the UFTO alliance temporarily to deal with other pressing issues.
Update 5/6/11-UUC Tensions End
On the above date, peace negotiations took place between FLEETCOM and UN personal and the UUC (United Union Clan). For the past week, tensions above been on the rise between the two forces after misunderstandings took place on the UN's youtube channel. After the extremely successful meeting took place, peace was declared and the misunderstanding were overviewed. The UUC even requested and alliance with the UN! In the end, UUC has terminated all alliances with hostile clans and is working with the UN and FLEETCOM for a peaceful future.
Update 5/3/11-What actually happened with GGC
As some of you may have heard the international "war" on GGC has ended. Or has it? At a peace conference held on FLEETCOM's meeting hall, UFTO and GGC representatives discussed the possibility of a peace treaty between the waring sides. After the hour-long meeting ended, a conclusion was devised to "stop" the war. However, when asked why GGC started this madness, GGC's leader, UNLEASED, said "...to gain popularity...and to be known...". In addition, GGC also claimed there only reason for halting their war effort was because of the threats from an unknown hacker. GGC also said that if they found the hacker to be fraud, they would gladly attack the UFTO once more. As of now the so-called "war" is technically over, but in reality, it is in a cold-war state.
Update 4/30/11- Major Offensive Successful
On Friday, April 29, FLEETCOM, with the help of the United Nations, held a major offensive against GGC on FLEETCOM's defense fort. It was a major success for FLEETCOM, but overall, for the UFTO (United Forces Treaty Organization). FLEETCOM/UN forces used advanced tactics, skill, organization, and good-judgement to win the hour-long battle. In the end, UFTO forces suffered 109 casualties while GGC forces suffered 200. Below are some pictures and a link to the battle stats.

Update 4/22/11-GGC Declared Hostile!
On 4/22/11, FLEETCOM received a game invite from fire angel 034. Previously known as icedemon 034, he is a known UN terrorist and traitor who was kicked for numerous crimes. fire angel had sent messages to FLEETCOM earlier on 4/21/11 asking for an alliance and then to declare war. After receiving the newest game invite, FLEETCOM dispatched a diplomatic missionary unit (DMU) to asses the reasons behind the declaring of the so called "war". Upon arrival in fire angel's game, the FLEETCOM DMU was immediatly spawn killed by GGC members within a castle-like firebase. After repeated slaughtering of the FLEETCOM DMU for 2 minutes, the DMU left the game to inform the UN of the slaughter. After joining the UN's game, it was discovered that the UN was currently making a peace-treaty with the GGC leader and was unaware of the killing of the DMU earlier. After explaining the situation to the UN, the GGC leader and his escorts opened fire at UN leaders and UNNG members. FLEETCOM is now currently on HIGH ALERT and all contact with other clans is prohibited. For more information, refer to the UN website.
Update 4/19/11-Democracy Approved
At a FLEETCOM national meeting on Sunday, a vote was held on wether or not to change the voting system in FLEETCOM to a democracy. This is how the democracy works: On the weekends, anyone who is online will be invited to participate in a meeting where different topics and ideas will be discussed. If a topic or idea is found suitable, a vote will be held to determine the outcome of the particular topic or idea. However, this democracy can only vote on items of importance, such as wars, kicking an officer if approved by leaders, alliances, ect.
Update 4/12/11-LOCKDOWN Over
As of the above date, the FLEETCOM lockdown was ended at a meeting by the three leaders of FLEETCOM. Our current relations with AOV have NOT been settled, however, neither side has attacked each other in the past to weeks. This would mean AOV and FLEETCOM are currently at a cease-fire hold. All FLEETCOM members are not too contact any members outside of FLEETCOM or punishments will follow.
Update 3/29/11-LOCKDOWN
In an inter-clan emergency meeting earlier today, the threat of AOV was discussed between FLEETCOM, United Nations, and other clans including 501st and Legendary Wolfs. During this meeting, it was agreed that FLEETCOM would go into lockdown affective 3/31/11 until 4/4/11. During this time period, recruitment is to be cut off and all FLEETCOM members will report to REACHghost for emergency training in preparation for up-comming battles. Also, ShinySmokeyboy and ramer12 will be on temporary leave due to real-life reasons. All FLEETCOM members are to refrain from contacting any enemy clans.
Update 3/27/11-AOV Declares War!
AOV or Army of Vengeance declared an official "war"on FLEETCOM and Third Echelon on 3/27/11. This started when an AOV spy captured classified information and reported back to his superior. The superior officer then declared "war" on both FLEETCOM and Third Echelon in an accidental skirmish between us and Third Echelon. The cause of this "war", as stated by AOV, is to capture and possibly execute a former AOV member who is to go unnamed at this moment and who is currently under FLEETCOM's protection. As of currently, four battles have been fought. FLEETCOM is standing its ground and rallying additional troops and allied forces. At a truce/cease-fire meeting, AOV opened fire on FLEETCOM, killing 2 guards and wounding all other members present including leaders. AOV is to be regarded and treated as an enemy and any contact with this clan will result in severe punishment.
Update 3/19/11-Possible War?
Rumers have been spreading throughout FLEETCOM that a war is to be fought. Unfourtunatly, these rumers may have some degree of truth. In the past month, a clan known as v100, which was once an ally of the United Nations, became allies with an enemy clan called TNG or The Next Generation. TNG was also a former ally of the United Nations untill their leaders conducted an assasination attempt on the UN leaders Shadowsniper172 and General JB172. This started a brief "war" between the UN and TNG, in which the UN emerged victorious. Later, a former UN soldier, icedemon 034, betrayed the UN. Icedemon, along with other UN blacklisted members, are currently trying to bring about the fall of the United Nations. In addition to these individual betrayals, v100 and TNG are also devising a plan to crush the UN. As a close ally to the United Nations, FLEETCOM has agreed to support the UN as needed and visa-versa. As of yet, no offical "war" has been declared, but both sides anticipate its arrival. For more info on the subject, go to MrGeneralJB's channel on Youtube, the offical channel of the United Nations.
