FLEETCOM Historical Summery
The Fleet Command clan (More widely known as FLEETCOM or FLCM) is a Halo: Reach-based military-oriented clan founded by ramer12 and Acemaker (Then ShinySmokeyBoy) on December 21, 2010. FLEETCOM is a republic with democracy and oligarchy styled twists. We are run by two leaders and a "council", known as the Bureau, consisting of both leaders, officers, and any members elected to the Bureau.
FLEETCOM started as a small group of friends who joined together to forge space ships, hence came the name Fleet Command. After a few months of this, FLCM leaders voted to become militarized and to become "known" to the Halo Community. We developed our first and longest-lasting division, the Navy, in early February of 2011. A month after this, on March --, FLEETCOM made our first alliance. Little did we know that this alliance would hurtle this little clan into the largest Halo Community on Reach. We had allied with the United Nations. From then on, FLEETCOM grew from a group of 5 to a powerful clan of 60-70 with one of the largest political influences in the community. This Histroy subsection is designed to tell the story of this small clan, and their rise to power.
